Hi OSCARPAZ27, You have my full sympathy, I felt the same as you, also buy an expensive Samsung series 5 ultrabook as a replacement for a totally reliable laptop. Please read my first post at top of page 65 you will regain your sanity if you replace this horrible card. I managed to open my case, replace the card and put back together without damage or even marking the exterior.
