So close, and yet so far to go... Remote display "freezes" every 1-2 minutes for 2-3 seconds, and after 10-12 minutes, it disconnects (when running in duplicate mode, the "freeze" is only on the remote display, not the laptop display). This behavior is the same whether using my personal Cisco E2000 router or the ATT U-Verse Pace 5031NV router, whether running 3Mbs or 7Mbs internet speed, and whether viewing videos in 450, 720, or 1080.
I am running a Samsung XE700T1C tablet with Windows 8.1, Quad core i5-3317U 3rd Gen 64-bit, Intel HD Graphics 4000 (driver version 10.18.10.3345), Intel ProSet Wireless driver version 15.10.5.1, and Belkin Screencast Adapter 435C/435D. Since WiDi was integrated into Windows 8.1, there is no way to check (or update) the firmware version on the Screencast.
