In the Boot section there´s only UEFI|Legacy and the list of priorities.
The setup shows "Loading files.." and the F8 menu is possible to enter. With AHCI controller it freeze during logo with circling windows. With IDE it doesn´t really freeze, the circling windows go together at logo screen, and then it keeps working a while until it stops. But it can reboot, so it´s not frozen.
Maybe it´s just not true that Windows 7 64 bit is compliant with the latest UEFI mode boot.
