Okay, the built works fine using Ubuntu 14.02 32-Bit when using edison-src-rel1-maint-rel1-ww42-14.tgz. ota_update.scr is generated as expected.
(Only the libwebsockets error is still there but I know that it will be fixed in the next releases).
