this are the background:
My laptop was connected to HDMI trough cable and shuts down due power outage.Then when I try to power on again only shows windows logo screen for a few seconds and then screen is black.

I noticed that the problem is the graphics driver, I uninstall driver and works well with generic driver, then I install driver with windows update utility and fails again.

My laptop is

HP Pavilion 14-b017cl 14" Laptop Computer, Intel Core i5-3317U, 6GB RAM, 500GB HD

Graphics: Intel® HD graphics 4000 with up to 1664MB total graphics memory

What can I do?
