Thanks Joe for quick response. Actually, I am using Netgear Push2TV, PTV2000 adapter. I do have PTV3000 too. My laptop OS is Windows 7. I do not see any adapter listed under devices and printers. Processor is Intel i5. Has Intel WiFi and Graphics cards. Came with WiDi installed and worked fine for over a year. It is only when I tried to update the software that the earlier version got deleted and the new install started failing. Appreciate you helping me resolve this.
